Training Programme on Effective Communication
Dear Colleagues Industries,
As you know that, 1st Training Session of SIMA was organised on 23rd Sept 2015 on the subject "5S". We are very pleased to note that, your association SIMA got the tremendous response for the said session from the colleague industries and the response of the industries has boosted our zeal and inspired us to organize one more episode of the training session. This time our next session shall be held on the subject" Effective Communication" on 7th November 2015 in the "Mantrana Hall" of Kamat Resort, Silvassa from 3.00 PM to 8.00 PM.
Effective communication skills are fundamental to success in many aspects of life. Many jobs require strong communication skills and socially people with improved communication skills usually enjoy better interpersonal relationships with friends and family. Effective communication is a key interpersonal skill and by learning how we can improve our communication skill, we can have edge in all the sectors of our life and we can impress the people in society and communicate them in better way.
So, considering the important of effective communication skill in our day to day life, SIMA is going to organize Training Session on Effective Communication. This training will be useful for all the Managers, Executives and other employees who are engaged in manufacturing and service industries. So, SIMA hereby appeals the colleague industries to actively participate in the training session on effective communication.
The session will be conducted by renowned consultant Shri Ravi N Pandey, who is having very vast experience of the subject. He is MBA with specialized in Personnel/HR Management with LLB and DLL. He has conducted more than 150 training sessions with various manufacturing and service industries.
So, SIMA appeal to the various industries, service providers, traders, business men and professional staying and functioning in Dadra & Nagar Haveli to actively participate in this session and nominate the maximum numbers of the employees from their organisation for the training session.
You are requested to go through the brochure attached herewith for detail information about the programme, registration fee, profile of the trainer, etc. The registration fees includes the cost of Hi-tea, Dinner, Training Kit and other expenses. The Certificate certifying the active participation shall be awarded to the delegates.
The fee structure for first delegates and second delegates from the organisation is mentioned in the attachment. For every additional delegates 20% discount shall be offered for more than two delegates.
With motive to impart a quality training, it has been decided to accommodate very limited delegates, so that interaction between delegate and trainer will be more effective and live.
