FICCI-CMSME invites inputs on GST recommendations.
Dear all,
Your association SIMA is in receipt of a mail from FICCI – CMSME seeking inputs/suggestions on the following recommendation which will be taken place next GST Council Meeting on 10th January 2019.
- Extending the Composition scheme to small service providers. The rate of tax and threshold limit to be proposed to Law Committee and Fitment Committee.
- Threshold limit of exemption under GST regime to GoM on MSMEs.
GST Council has approved the proposal from GoM (7 Member Group of Ministers) to study the revenue trend and referred certain issues to the committee / GoM.
In this regard, all the colleague industries are requested to send their inputs/suggestions on or before 8th January 2018 to your association SIMA at simasilvassa@gmail.com.
All the inputs /suggestions of our colleague industries will be compiled and the same shall be sent to the FICCI for further actions on such issues.
