The representation of your association SIMA submitted to Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (JERC). In the interest of Consumers is sent herewith.
Vide the said representation, the error in ARR Petition 2020-21 filed by DNHPDCL has been pointed out, which is contradictory to Supply Code 2018.
Supervision Charges, which is being levied by DNHPDCL is also in violation of provision of the Supply Code 2018
