Recovery of additional FPPCA

With reference to our earlier mail dated 19th November in respect of recovery of FPPCA of the year April 12 to March 15 by DNHPDCL, all the three association jointly filled a petition before JERC to refrain DNHPDCL from illegal recovery under pretext of arrears of FPPCA of the year 2012-13, 2013 - 14 and 2014 - 15 from the consumers.
We are pleased to inform you that, the coordination group of all three Association has submitted yesterday interim order of Hon'ble JERC to DNHPDCL with a request to honor the JERC verdict.
