Update on Petition against additional FPPCA
Dear all,
In continuation of our earlier mail dated 19th November in respect of recovery of Additinal FPPCA of the year April 2012 - 13, 2013 - 14 and 2014 - 15. The Hon'ble JERC had stayed the recovery and accordingly DNHPDCL has been ordered not to recover the said amount till final disposal of the Petition filled jointly by our three association.
DNHPDCL had filed their Rejoinder today.
Today the matter again appeared before JERC and the ad-interim stay has been continued further. The next date of hearing and progress of Petition shall be informed to all colleague industry at regular interval.
