Dear all,

This is to inform you that, the Income Tax Return (ITR) Forms 1, 2 and 4S were notified for assessment year 2015-16, vide Notification no. 41/2014, dated 15/04/2015.

On the said Notification the Ministry received numbers of representation from the Stakeholders and it was requested to review the said Forms.

On the said representation of Stakeholders it was announced that, these ITR Forms will be reviewed. Accordingly new ITR Forms have been notified and the changes made in ITR forms are specified as per the attachment attached herewith.

So you are requested to go through the said changes and modification as per attachment and file your Returns accordingly as per the revised Forms.
