Representation on Extension of N.A Permission.
Dear all,
This is to inform you that, Federation of Industries Association (FIA), Silvassa and its Constituent Associations: SIMA, SIA & DNHIA, has submitted a representation to the Hon'ble Collector, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Silvassa regarding Extension of N.A Permission.
The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs vide its advisory dated 28th May 2020, issued directives to various development authorities to suo moto extend the validity of all the N.O.C, Permissions etc. related to land development by a period of 9 months. The list of N.O.C and Permissions mentioned in the advisory are inexhaustible.
So, to ensure ease of business and to promote new investment, FIA and its constituent Associations SIMA, SIA & DNHIA have requested to the Administration:
1. It is requested to grant an extension up to 31st March 2021, to all N.A permission, which has lapsed on or after 25th March 2020, as per the advisory dated 28th May 2020 issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.
2. It is requested that, on payment of N.A conversion charge to PDA, N.A validity lapsed between 17th Oct 2018 to 25th March 2020, the same should be Suo-moto extended for further five years.
