Meeting with the Development Commissioner, Sh. J B Singh, IAS
Dear Members,
A delegation of Federation of Industries Association met the Development Commissioner, Sh. J. B. Singh on following four issues today i.e. 14th June 2016.
The delegation presented brief notes on each issue.
1. Reduction in Stamp Duty for Mortgage of Property.
2. Revision of Circle Rates and Stamp Duty calculation by sub Registrar.
3. Need of Surrendering power by DNH PDCL.
4. Rationalization of FSI
With increase in ground coverage area and set back margins.
Sh. Singh, heard and understood the issues and has shown his inclination towards views of Federation.
After a reasonable time, Federation office bearers will meet him again to follow up the matter.
