Proposed China Tour to visit Canton Fair and optional tour to Hongkong and Maccau

In continuation to our earlier mail dated 2nd February 2016 we have to inform you that, initially it was decided that, delegation of our association SIMA shall visit Guangzhou for four nights and shall return back to India. But now there is a modification in our tour and we shall also visit Shenzhen for two nights. So now 15th, 16th, 17th & 18th April four nights we will be in Guangzhou and 19th and 20th April we will be Shenzhen and then the delegates who want to return back to India from Shenzhen on 21st April can do so. And other delegates shall continue the optional tour of Hongkong and Macau on payment of additional cost and shall spend two nights in Hongkong and 1 nights and shall be back on 24th April.
The scanned copy of the quotes received from M/s. Orbit Corporate & Leisure Travels (I) Pvt. Ltd. for China Tour and optional Tour to Hongkong and Macau tour are enclosed herewith.
For 6 nights in China i.e. 4 nights in Guangzhou and 2 nights in Shenzhen and return to India. The lump sum tour cost shall be about Rs.90,000/- and for optional tour of 2 nights in Hongkong and 1 night in Macau the lump sum cost will be Rs.35,000/-.

As this is the first delegation of Industries who from DNH shall attend China Canton-16 Fair, you all industries colleagues are requested to join the tour and participate in Canton Fair 2016. For registration you are requested to contact the association at the earliest so that, association can proceed further.
Note:- On getting the feedback and confirmation from colleague industries, association shall further negotiate for either discount or additional meals with the travel company.
