Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith an Order No. ADM/Law/Bye-Election/184/2021/2393, dated 18/10/2021, issued by the Collectorate, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, (Election Branch), U.T. Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu.
Vide the order, in the wake of ensuring Bye-Election to the House of People for Dadra & Nagar Haveli Parliamentary Constituency to be held in October 2021, it has been directed that all the Banks in the District of Dadra & Nagar Haveli shall submit daily reports, as per Annexure-A annexed with the order, on suspicious withdrawal of cash from the bank account of any person during the Bye-Election process. The banks shall report as per the directions which are in conformity with the directions issued by the Election Commission of India vide Letter No. 61/Complaints/AP-LS/2012/EEPS, dated 19/07/2012.....For more details, PLEASE CLICK HERE.
