Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith the Tripartite Agreement which is to be executed on Rs.100/- Stamp Paper for sale of scrap through OIDC and MSTC by E-auction.
So, you are requested to fill this Tripartite Agreement on Rs.100/- Stamp Paper. This agreement shall be executed by the Owner/Authorized person, OIDC and MSTC.
Please handover Three Copies of the agreement on Rs.100/- Stamp Paper to OIDC for further necessary action.
