Your association is forwarding herewith a Notification issued by Hon’ble Collector/District Magistrate, Dadra & Nagar Haveli vide Notification No. ADM/LAW/139/99/1046 dated 27.05.2024, Order under Section 144 of Criminal Procedure.

As per the notification, Hon’ble Collector has directed to all the restaurants, hotels, guest houses, gaming zones, amusement parks, hospitals, shopping malls, theatres, etc of the Dadra & Nagar Haveli regarding fire safety measures in accordance with National Building Code to be strictly enforced to prevent fire incidents and ensure the safety of the staff, guest, and the public in the Dadra & Nagar Haveli District.
