Proposed Draft Notification issued by PCC DD & DNH
Dear All,
We are pleased to inform you that, on the representation of Industries Associations to Shri Ashish Kundraji, I.A.S, Hon' ble Administrator Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli took the initiative and on the instruction of Hon'ble Administrator, PCC of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli has exercised and reviewed the existing procedureand categorisation and proposed the revised categorisation of Industrial products and proposed the Green/ Orange/ Red and Red / Banned Categories as per the draft notification no PCC/DMN/IS-III/755 dated 10/10/2014.
The copy of said draft notification is enclosed herewith. As per the notification the objections & suggestions are invited from affected parties in respect of the proposed draft notification. We the industries have to file ourobjections & suggestions to any issue, procedure, categorisation of the industrial product as notified in the saiddraft notification, before the Pollution Control Committee within 60 days from the date of publication of the notification.
So all the fellow industries are requested to go through the draft notification, categorisation of the industrial product and submit your suggestion/ objection within 60 days to PCC.
You are also requested to send the copy of your suggestion and objection in respect of said draft notification to Silvassa Industries & Manufacturers Association(SIMA) to enable us to compile all the objections/ suggestions and file it jointly before PCC at Association level also.
