Your association is forwarding herewith the copy of Minutes of Meeting dated 10.04.2018 issued by Additional Commissioner (Tech), GST & CE, Daman Vide No. F.No. V/Misc-165/DMN/T/17-18 dated 19.04.2018.
A meeting was held on 10.04.2018 with the representatives of Industries Associations Silvassa and Daman under the Chairmanship of Ms. Reshma Lakhani, Hon’ble Commissioner, GST & CE, Daman Commissionerate. Representatives from different Trade Associations and CGST & CE officers were participated in the meeting to discuss various issues related to GST.
In the meeting the problem faced by the trades related to ITC refund of Zero related Supply of export goods, E-way Bill and other related issues were discussed in brief.
