Maximum speed limit/hour of Motor Vehicles on different categories of roads and National Highways.
Dear all,
Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith a circular issued by the Ministry of Road Transports and Highways (MoRTH), Government of India.
As per the circular, there will be a speed limit on National Highways, maximum speed limit/hour of Motor Vehicles on different categories of roads. With speed cameras now being installed, e-challans are automated. Travellers get stopped at the next Toll Plaza to pay up their challans. There is also a proposal to debit the fines directly from the travellers Fastag bank account.
