Declaration of Special Allowances under the Minimum Wages Act. 1948 issued by Labour Dept, DNH.
Dear all,
Your association SIMA is in receipt of an order No. LEO/MW/SA/1204/2019 dated 19.08.2019 from Labour Department, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Silvassa. The scanned copy of an order is enclosed herewith for your ready reference.
Vide the said order, Administration of Dadra and Nagar Haveli has notified that, in addition to the Basic Pay fixed by the Administration of D&NH in respect of scheduled employments under the Minimum Wages Act 1948, the daily rate of special allowance payable is hereby increased at the rate of Rs.13.80/- for a period from 01/04/2019 to 30/09/2019. So, all the colleague industries are hereby requested to pay the minimum wages at the notified rate w.e.f. 01/04/2019.
