Dear all,
Your association SIMA has received a Circular issued by the Labour Department Silvassa, Vide No. LEO/Grievance/2019/1233 dated: 23/08/2019. The scanned copy of the same is enclosed herewith for your ready reference.
As per the circular, it is mentioned that, the Labour Department is receiving various complaints with regards to illegal termination, non-payment of wages/overtime wages, non-payment of bonus, etc. by the industrial establishment in the Territory.
In the view of above, the workers in the UT of Dadra and Nagar Haveli who are deprived from their rights or notice any such gross violation may contact the Labour Department, Silvassa for their grievance/disputes/complain. The contact details of Deputy Labour Commissioner, DNH and Labour Officer, DNH are given in the attachment.
It is also directed to all the industries colleagues to display the circular at all the conspicuous place of the establishment for the information of their workers.
