Trade Notice No. 1 of 2017-18 regarding Anti-Profiteering Screening Committee
Dear all,
Your association is in receipt of the Trade Notice No. 01/2017-18, dated 08.11.2017 issued by Addition Commissioner (CCO), Central GST, Vadodara Zone. The scanned copy of the same is enclosed herewith for your ready reference.
Vide this Trade Notice, as Dadra & Nagar Haveli being is being an UT, we are administered by the Central Government Anti-profiteering screening committee at the Union Territory level (DD and DNH) shall examine by the standing committee on Anti-profiteering. This standing committee shall also examine the issue of local nature. The jurisdictional Chief Commissioner of GST shall act as the nodal officer who will receipt such applications and forward them to the standing committee. The forwarded anti-profiteering applications shall be examined by the standing committee.
