Vide the above Trade Notice; Hon’ble Commissioner has forwarded the following circulars issued by the Central Board of Excise and Customs, New Delhi.
- Circular No. 41/15/2018-GST, dated 13.04.2018 regarding clarifying the procedure for interception of conveyances for inspection of goods in movement, and detention, release and confiscation of such goods and conveyances.
- Circular No. 42/16/2018-GST, dated 13.04.2018 regarding clarifying the procedure for recovery of arrears under the existing law and reversal of inadmissible input tax credit.
- Circular No. 43/17/2018-GST, dated 13.04.2018 regarding clarifying the issues arising in refund to UIN.
