Special Meeting on dt:04.12.14 to finalize the Proposed Draft Notification issued by PCC

Dear Members
Along with our earlier mail, we have circulated the draft notification no. PCC/DMN/IS-III/755 dated 10/10/2014, proposed by Pollution Control Committee DD & DNH.
In reference to the said Notification this is to inform that special meeting is kept on dt:4/12/2014, Thursday at 3:00PM,in the Conference Hall, Danudyog Sahakari Sangh Ltd, Piparia to discuss and finalized the following issues.
1) To Discuss and finalized the suggestion /objection and comment on the proposed draft Notification, issued by PCC.
2) To discuss and submit our suggestions in respect of any issue of Central Excise, Custom & Service tax. These suggestions shall be submitted to Central Excise Department to discuss the matter in the RAC Meeting, which is schedule to be held on 9th December 2014.
So you all are hereby requested to attend the meeting and give your valuable suggestions and comments in the respect of both the above mentioned matter.
Your suggestions and comments will be helpful to industrial sector of our territory in long run.
