We are pleased to inform you that District Industries Centre, Dadra and Nagar Haveli has prepared a Single Composite Application Format Part - C for various Industrial Clearances for Operation. DIC has also prepared Specific Checklist related to various concerned department.
The scanned copy of the draft of the said Single Composite Application Format Part-C along with Permission Specific Checklist are enclosed herewith. You are requested to go through these Single Composite Application Format and sent your comments to your association SIMA, before 1st December 2014, so that the same in turn can be sent to the DIC for necessary modification /amendments in the draft Single Composite Application Format Part-C.
