Heavy Traffic Movement in Dadra Nagar Haveli

Your association is in receipt of Meeting Notice No. DDTr/DNH /Traffic/Move/2015/539, dated: 01.07.2015 from Transport Department, Dadra & Nagar Haveli. The scanned copy of the meeting notice is attached herewith.
This is to inform you that, the meeting is scheduled on 03/07/2015 at 1.00 p.m. in the Conference Hall, Secretariat, Silvassa. The meeting shall be chaired by Hon'ble Development Commissioner/Secretary Transport, DD & DNH. The main agenda of the meeting is traffic movement in our territory.
As we all know that, the traffic movement and particularly traffic of heavy vehicles has been significantly increased in our territory due to industrialization of our area. So, this meeting is kept to work out a proposal to ensure free traffic movement without disturbing the highly populated area in our territory.
In the said meeting the representatives of industries are requested to remain present to give their valuable suggestions to resolve the issue of traffic.
So all the colleague industries are hereby by requested to remain present in the meeting.
