Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith a mail received by IMC Chamber of Commerce & Industry regarding Sabka Vishwas Legacy Dispute Resolution Scheme 2019.
As you are aware, the Government has launched Sabka Vishwas Legacy Dispute Resolution Scheme 2019 with the objective of settling pending disputes of service tax and declaration to be made before 31st December 2019.
