Dear all,
Your Association SIMA convey it's heartiest thanks to all the colleague industries for their active participation in the Public Hearing held on 8th February 2017 by Hon'ble JERC were in public objection and suggestions were sought in respect of Petition filled by DNHPDCL for approval of Annual Revenue Requirement and determination of Power Tariff FY 2017-18.

SIMA thanks the colleague industries and particularly MSMEs for their overwhelming response and filling their objection against recovery of FPPCA charges by DNHPDCL, to the tune of Rs.1.30 paise per unit from Non Open Access Consumers which are mainly MSME's.

DNHPDCL is recovering the illegal and undue charges in form of FPPCA charges from Small and Medium Industries since last III Qtrs. And this burden is breaking the spine of MSME's and the existence of MSME's is at stack.

SIMA once again convey it's heartiest thanks to all the colleague industries for their presence and exhibiting our solidarity. SIMA is sure that, with our unity we shall achieve the success in our mission and the issue shall be resolved in our favor and our MSME's unit shall get the justice from appropriate forum.

SIMA would like to state that, our battle is not over and still we have to continue our struggle to ensure the growth of MSME's in UT's of Dadra & Nagar Haveli. For that, we should maintain our unity and should raise the various issues which are bottleneck in the growth and development of MSME's Sector in this territory.
