Representation of the various issues pertaining to industries in DNH

This is to inform you all that, your association SIMA in coordination with other associations has submitted a representation to Hon'ble Administrator, DD and DNH and Hon'ble Development Commissioner, DD & DNH. The scanned copy of the same is attached herewith.
As per the guideline of Ministry of Environment and Forest, the development activities around 10 kms of wildlife sanctuaries were stopped since number of years. During this period many of industries had applied for grant of construction permission, but due to the restriction of any activities in 10 KMs around wildlife sanctuaries the said permissions were pending. And with hope that the issue will be resolve and construction permission will be released in due course, many industries members had commenced the construction activities in accordance with the norms under DC rule without violating any provision of the DC Rule.
Vide the said representation, it is requested that, PDA may regularize those constructions by imposing a very nominal penalty as industries have suffered lot due to delay in project.
The other issues like validity of 7/12 abstracts & certified maps, to change the visiting hours of Officers of D&NH Administration and to review the increase of VAT on item of schedule-III from 4% to 5% are also represented vide the said representation.
So you are requested to go through the representation and give your valuable feedback to SIMA, so that, necessary action from association's end can be taken.
