Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith the Gazette Notification No. CG-DL-E-01012022-232335 dated 31/12/2021, issued by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, New Delhi.
Vide notification, the draft notification which the Central Government proposes to issue, for bringing out regulations for extended producer responsibility (EPR) for the waste tyre is published as required for information of the public and other stakeholders likely to be affected thereby and notice is given that the said notification will be taken into consideration by the Central Government on or after the expiry of sixty days from the date on which copies of this notification as published in the Gazette of India are made available to the public.....To view the notification, PLEASE CLICK HERE.
