Preparation for a visit of Honl. Home Minister.

Your association SIMA is pleased to inform you that, Shri Amitbhai Shah, Hon’ble Home Minister, Government of India, is visiting our Territory during the first week of Sept 2019. The exact date of his visit has yet not been announced, but in all likelihood, it will be 1 st Sept.
Agenda of his visit is, to join the Praveshotsav Ceremoney in the newly established medical college ofthe D&NH, the launch of Akshaya Patra Kitchen and other developmental projects. He will also lay foundation stones of various other developmental projects. The main function will be at the ground in
front of SSR College, Sayli.
For this VVIP visit, a preparatory meeting was held on 20 th Aug 2019 in Town Hall. Hon’ble Administrator, of DD and DNH, Shri Prafullbhai Patel, appreciated industries’ cooperation, especially in CSR activities. He lauded the role of industries in the last two VIP visits. He appealed industries to come forward in a similar way and scale to welcome Shri Amitbhai Shah also.
Your association SIMA, appeal all the colleague industries to come forward and extend a warm welcome to Hon’ble Home Minister. It is expected that each industry will put flex banners at their entrance gates of appropriate size, welcoming the distinguished guest in UT. The industrial colleague is also requested to put a hoarding of 20x10 ft. on the way from the helipad to the site of the function and at the boundaries of the pandal. SIMA has negotiated with Astorion Mediacomm Solutions for printing, erection of hoardings and have obtained the lowest quote for hoarding and banner. You may directly contact the agency and negotiate and finalize the rate for hoarding and or banner.

The mobilization of workers and employees to the site of meeting shall be finalized and inform to colleague industries on getting the directives and instructions from the administration.
All the colleague industries are hereby requested to communicate with FIA, Silvassa/ their association, the number of flex banners/hoardings/ welcome gates they are going to put in and places of their choice.
