Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith an order issued by Director, Medical & Health Services, UT of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu vide No. DMHS/COVID-19/2020/205/4231 dated 20.05.2020. The scanned copy of the Order is enclosed herewith for your ready reference.
As per the order, the department has fixed the charges of Rs. 3000/- per test for the normal course and Rs. 4500/- per test in case of emergency testing/tatkal testing of COVID-19 Test for the following categories of people who intend to get Covid-19 test done.
1. Employees designated by the industries for carrying out the test
2. Corporate Head and allied staff
3. Self Test (for Migration to other States/UTs)
4. Any other person who is self willing to undergo Covid-19 Test
