MSME Policy
Dear all,
Union Ministry of SMEs has circulated a Draft Consultation Paper to solicit suggestion and guidance from all the sectors connected to MSME.
The consultation paper is available for consultation for a period of 45 days to file the suggestions. All the suggestion received would be consider and accordingly a policy will be proposed by Union Ministry of MSME. To view and download the said Draft Consultation Paper please click here.
Some of the vital and important issues raised in the paper are mentioned below:-
I) Start-up Regime Framework.
II) The Regulatory Regime Framework.
III) The Subsidy Regime Framework.
IV) Environment Compliance Framework for Green, Orange and Red categories of Industries.
(V) The Promotional Scheme Framework.
(VI) New Product Development Framework.
(VII) The Value Addition Mechanisms and Framework.
(VIII) Knowledge & Innovation Framework.
(IX) Manufacturing and Services “Excellence” Framework.
(X) Export Promotion and Marketing Framework.
(XI) The Growth Accelerator Framework.
(XIII) Financial Regime Framework.
(XIV) Resources Provisioning Framework.
(XV) Exit Policy Framework.
So, all the colleague industries of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and particularly MSMEs are requested to go through the various issues mentioned herein above and submit their suggestions directly to Union Ministry MSME. You are also requested to send your views/suggestions/amendments on the Draft Consultation Paper to your association SIMA, so that all the suggestion/views can be compiled and a joint representation from your association SIMA also can be submitted to Ministry of MSME.
