Your association SIMA is in receipt of Letter No: Pension/12/33/EPS Amendment/96 Vol. II / 1946 dated: 04.06.2019 by EPFO, Ministry of Labour Empolyment, Govt. of India. The copy is enclosed herewith.
As per the vide Letter No. Pension-I/12/33/EPS Amendment/96/Vol. II/34007 dated 23.03.2017 Verification of the authenticity of the records submitted by the employer. Wherein the field offices were directed to take necessary action in accordance with the order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP NO. 33032 – 33033 of 2015 as approved by the Government and as per the provision of the EPF & MP Act, 1952 and Schemes framed there under.
