Legal action against the increasing Electricity Charges
Dear all,
Your association is in receipt of an appeal from Federation of Industries Associations, Silvassa dated 14.05.2018 regarding Legal action against the increasing electricity charges. The copy of the same is attached herewith.
As you all are aware that, your association SIMA has always fought against any hike in power tariff in past also and now since last two years all the colleague associations are fighting unitedly against the unreasonable power tariff order passed by any authority. As you know that, to file appeal such order the FIA, Silvassa has to approach Hon’ble JERC / APTEL at Delhi. For this legal battle, FIA has to incur the heavy expenses by way of engaging lawyers, visit Delhi, etc.

So, Federation has appealed all the members of constituent associations and other consumers to share this load by contributing @ Rs. 20/- per KVA.
Hence, all the colleague industries are requested to contribute your share to this legal fight.
