Dear all,
Dadra & Nagar Haveli Planning & Development Authority, Silvassa had published the Draft Revised Outline Development Plan which also includes General Development Rules 2023.
Some of our colleagues have noticed that in some cases the Survey Numbers which were in industrial zone is now listed in residential zone.
Therefore, your association appeals once again to all to recheck Survey Number whether mentioned as Industrial Zone or Residential Zone. During the expansion of the industries, the problem may be occurred if the same is listed in residential zone.
Objections to the Draft Revised Outline Development Plan and General Development Rules 2023 may be submitted in writing, if any, within 60 days from the date of publication of this Official Gazette to the office of Member Secretary, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Planning and Development Authority, District Secretariat Building, Silvassa or on email id- dnhpda-odp@ddd.gov.in.
