Circular No. 12/12/2017- GST and 13/13/2017-GST issued by Ministry of Finance, GoI

Your association is forwarding herewith, the Circulars issued by Govt of India, Ministry of Finance, Dept of Revenue, Tax Research Unit, New Delhi vide Circular No. 12/12/2017- GST, dated 26/10/2017. The Ministry has issued the clarification regarding applicability of GST on the superior kerosene oil (SKO) retained for the manufacturer of Linear Alkyl Benzene (LAB).
Vide Circular No. 13/13/2017-GST, dated 27/10/2017, the Ministry has issued the clarification on classification of unstitched Salwar Suits and has also clarified the rate of GST applicable on unstitched Salwar Suits and cut pieces of fabrics.
