An amendment of Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act.
Dear all,
Your association is forwarding herewith a Notification published in Maharashtra Government Gazette on 5th January 2017 on amendment of Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970.
Vide this Notification, it is informed that, applicability of Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970 has been changed from 20 employees to 50 employees for the State of Maharashtra vide Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Maharshtra Amendment) Act, 2016.
