Your views and suggestions for Union Budget 2016-17 are invited

INDIAN MERCHANT'S CHAMBER (IMC) has forwarded a letter to your association SIMA, the scanned copy of the letter is attached herewith.
The Ministry Of Finance has requested to send our views and suggestion, both in direct and indirect taxation, for formulating the proposal for the Union Budget 2016-17, for changes in the duties structure rates and broadening of the tax based giving economic justification for the same.
So colleague industries of Dadra and Nagar Haveli are requested, to give their suggestion in the format prescribed in the attachment with proper justification.

You are also requested to send the soft copy of your suggestion to your association SIMA, so that all the suggestions received from colleague industries can be compiled and represented to appropriate authority by your association SIMA.
