Boomasia Incorporated is going to organize a workshop on Labour Law Reforms to understand new Labour Codes on 10th and 11th December 2020 from 02 PM to 05 PM on WEBEX.
Industrial Relations Code, 2020 consolidates and amends the laws relating to Trade Unions, conditions of employment in industrial establishment or undertaking, investigation and settlement of industrial disputes. The code combines and simplifies 3 Central Labour Laws.
Sh. Rajan Verma - Advisor to Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India will help you for understanding the New Labour Codes. He has recently retired from the post of Chief Labour Commissioner (Central), Government of India. He is having huge exposure and experience in the field of labour laws and has played a significant role in recent changes and developments on the present subject.
