Trade Notice No. 05 of 2017-18 issued by Honl. Commissioner, CGST Commissionerate, Daman
Dear all,
Your Association is in receipt of a Trade Notice No. 05/2017-18, Vapi, dtd. 20.07.2017 from Smt. Reshma Lakhani, Hon’ble Commissioner, Central GST Commissionerate, Daman. The scanned copy of the Trade Notice is attached herewith for your ready reference.
Vide the said notice a copy of the Circular No. 28/2017-Customs dtd. 06.07.2017 issued vide F.No. 609/56/2017-DBK issued by Govt. of India, Ministry of Finance, Dept. of Revenue, Central Board of Excise & Custom, Drawback Division, regarding Revised rates of Rebate of State Levies on Export of Garments and textile made-up articles w.e.f. 01.7.2017 is forwarded herewith.
As per Notification No. 14/26/2016-IT, dtd: 27.06.2017 issued by MoT revised the rates of rebate in Schedule I, II and III for ROSL Scheme effective from 01.07.2017 onwards. The revised rates are 0.39% for RoSL and 0.23% for RoSL under Advance Authorization - All Industry Rates (AA-AIR) combination respectively.
These revised rates on garment and textile made-up exports under ROSL Scheme are applicable to exports with Let Export Order dates from 01.07.2017 onwards. The EDI implementation of the revised ROSL Scheme rates has been completed by the Systems Directorate.
