Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith an Office Memorandum issued by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, (HSM Division), Government of India, dated 06th January 2023.
Vide the Office memorandum, The Guidelines on Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for Plastic Packaging (hereinafter referred as "EPR Guidelines") were notified in the Gazette of India vide Plastic Waste Management (Amendment) Rules, 2022. on 16th February, 2022.
