Your association SIMA is pleased to inform you that a special Camp is organized by Election Branch, Silvassa on 21st December 2019 from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM in the Conference Hall of Danudyog Sahakari Sangh Ltd, 2nd Floor, Opp. Hirvavan Garden, Piparia, Silvassa.
The Election Department, Silvassa has decided to carry out House to House Survey of electors for collection of details of absent/shifted/dead electors & collection of details of eligible electors who have completed the age of 18 years and are eligible for enrolment of their names in the electoral roll in their respective booth.
The special camp is organized for the workers of the industries so that their documents will be verified on the spot.
The following Documents are required for verification.
1. 2 passport size photographs.
2. Residential proof (Aadhar Card/Ration Card/Electricity bill/Flat/Agreement of rent, Bank passbook/Gas book, etc)
3. Detail of previous residential address where they were already registered their names and have a voting card.
In this regards, Election Branch, Dadra & Nagar Haveli has issued an order vide No. ADM/Election/GE-2019.
