Request letter for extension of due date for PF remittance
Dear all,
Federation of Industries Association, Silvassa consists of Silvassa Industries Association, DNH Industries Association and Silvassa Industries & Manufacturers Association has submitted a letter to the Central Provident Fund Commissioner, EPFO, New Delhi and Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, EPFO, Vapi for extension of date for remittance of the PF dues by another 10 days.
However, SIMA would like to advise that, though the Federation has requested for extension of time limit but this can’t be construed as an extension of the due date. It will be solely discretionary of Central Provident Fund Commissioner (EPFO). This is to caution colleague industries members.
