Public Hearing of JERC on 08.02.2017 for determination of Power Tariff.

Dear Industrial Colleagues,

This is to inform you that, Hon'ble Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission has kept a public hearing on 8th February 2017 to determine the Power Tariff for the year 2017-18. The copy of the notice is attached herewith.

As we all know that since last 10 months DNHPDCL is recovering additional charge in form of FPCCA from small and medium industries and this abnormal and illegal recovery has raised the question of survival of small and medium industries in DNH.

As Honl. JERC has issued a public Notice and requested the general public to file their suggestions and objections before Honl. Commission in respect of proposed revision in Power Tariff.

It is felt that, this an opportunity for small industries to register their protest against illegal recovery by DNHPDCL in form of FPCCA in last 10 months and also to object any rise in Power Tarrif .

So, all the colleagues industries are hereby requested to attend the public hearing on 8th February 2017 in large number at Yatri Niwas , Silvassa Naroli Road, Silvassa at 11.00 am.

You all are requested to share this message with maximum small and medium industries of DNH and show our solidarity by attending the Hearing and by registering our protest before Honl. Commission.
