Public Hearing of ARR filed by DNHPDCL is fixed on 10/01/2018 at 10.00 A.M. at Hotel Yatri Niwas

As informed you earlier, DNHPDCL has filed ARR and Tariff Proposal for Fy 2018-19 before Hon'ble JERC vide Petition No. 247/2017 and Electricity Department (Transmission) has also filed the ARR for year 2018-19 vide Petition No. 250/2017.
Public Hearing of the said Petitions are kept by Hon'ble JERC on 10/01/2018 at 10.00 A.M. at Hotel Yatri Niwas, Silvassa. Vide the said Petition DNHPDCL has proposed the increment of Rs. 1.07 paisa per unit. The scanned copy of the Public Notice is attached herewith for your ready reference.
This is the time to fight collectively to protest against the hike in electricity tariff. All the colleagues are requested to attend the Public Hearing in maximum numbers, so that our voice will be louder before Hon'ble Commission, JERC. Otherwise, we all Colleagues will suffer the overburden charges which is nearly 25% of current power tariff of industrial consumers in our UT of Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
All the three constituents associations, under the banner of Federation of Industries Associations, Silvassa are trying to ensure the quality electricity power with reasonable power tariff and shall file the suggestions/objections. However, any industrial colleague desire to file his objections/suggestions is requested to file his submission before Hon’ble Commission.
Please attend the hearing in large number on 10th January 2018 (Wednesday) at Hotel Yatri Niwas, Silvassa at 10.00 AM.
