Petition no 150-14/151-14 filed by DNHPDCL before JERC
Dear All,
As you know that, vide the Petitions the DNHPDCL had filed True up for FY 2013-14 and Review of Aggregate Revenue Requirement for the FY 2014-15 and Approval of ARR and MYT Tariff Proposal for FY 2015-16 to 2017-18 for the Union Territory of Dadra & Nagar Haveli under Sections 61, 62 and 63 of The Electricity Act 2003 before JERC.
Hon'ble JERC had kept the Public Hearing on 08th January 2015, at Hotel Yatri Niwas, Silvassa to hear the representation, objections / suggestions and comments on the subject ARR and the proposed tariff for FY 2015-16.
Your association SIMA along with other colleagues industries associations have filled the representation before Hon'ble JERC. The copy of the representation filled by SIMA is enclosed herewith for your information. The said representation was prepared by SIMA in consultation with Executive Committee Members and suggestions received from fellow colleagues industries.
While preparing the representation, your Association SIMA has tried to safe guard the interest of MSME units i.e., LT consumers and the low power consuming industries in HT category.
