Dear all,
Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith an Order No. DNHPDA/107(07)/AMC/Riverfront/2018/1130 dated 13/12/2019 issued by the Member Secretary, Dadra & Nagar Haveli Planning and Development Authority, Silvassa.
As Damanganga Riverfront is an important cultural tourism destination in Silvassa city, Member Secretary, DNHPDA ordered that the following activities shall be prohibited on Damanganga Riverfront Silvassa and fine also be collected if anyone violated of the order.
The prohibited activities are Littering, Splitting of Panmasala, Gutka, Tobacco & Smoking, Private parties without permission, Drinking of alcohol and Property damage of Riverfront premises. The fine shall be collected on each violation as mentioned in the attached order.
SIMA appeals to all the colleague industries to create awareness among their employees about the cleanliness of their premises, the tourist destinations, roads, etc. and to give their contribution towards a beautiful city.
