Increase in FSI for industrial plots
Dear all,
Silvassa Industries & Manufacturers Association (SIMA) along with two other colleague associations had represented to Hon'ble Administrator, DD & DNH to increase the FSI available on industrial plot. By enhancement of FSI, more area of construction can make available to the industries and by which industries can have all the operations under one roof, and can have their expansion on the same location. Accordingly, it was requested to Hon'ble Administrator to increase the maximum permissible FSI to the tune of 2.
We are pleased to inform you that, on vigorous follow up by your Association SIMA, jointly with other two Associations, Hon'ble Administrator has acceded our demand and vide Notification No. DNHPDA/DCR/AMD/FSI/2014/124, dtd:09/07/2015 has increased the available FSI for industrial plot for general use to the tune of two times of the plot area and in case of other categories of industrial use, it has been enhance to the tune of one and half to two and half times of the plot area.
We, on behalf of colleague industries extend our sincere thanks to Shri Ashish Kundraji, Hon'ble Administrator, DD & DNH for his gesture and this initiative shall give boost to the industrialization of this area.
