Dear all,

We are pleased to inform you that, your association SIMA in collaboration with Standardization Solutions is going to be held to the First Training Programme on the Topic 5'S.

We, who are in manufacturing and servicing sector understand the importance of "Defect Free delivery of Product/Service, Complete Customer Satisfaction and Value of Shareholders money and keeping employees motivated and retained with us."

In modern management, higher defects are going to cause higher costs, delays and potential threat to business, even redundancy in employees forces dynamic employees for turnout. Being entrepreneur, we are prone to this but we intend to prevent it rather than managing it.

In totality, prevention is possible by the way of change, motivation and precaution by the way learning.

For this we have joint our hand with some experts to organize a training programme to train the managerial and other technocrats staff of the industries.

In this series our first training programme is on the subject above 5'S which is kept on 23rd September 2015 in Mantrana Conference Hall at Kamat Resort, Opp. Swaminarayan Temple, Naroli Road, Silvassa from morning 10.00 AM to 5. 00 PM.

The detail of the training programme is attached herewith.

The interested participants can join the training programme on 5'S by paying the requisite fees as mentioned in the attachment. The registration fee includes morning tea and breakfast, Lunch and evening Hi-tea. The training material shall  also be provided  and the participants will be awarded a certificate.

As  the numbers of seats are limited, the name of the participant shall be enrolled on "first come first basis".

Please send your confirmation by filling the registration form attached herewith with requisite registration fee at the earliest.

We are sure that,  as this is a new initiative of SIMA, the industries colleagues shall actively participate in this training programme that shall inspire your association SIMA.
