Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith Circular No. F. No: CP-20/33/2021-UPC-II-HO-CPCB-HO dated 10.03.2023, issued by the Central Pollution Control Board, Delhi.
As per the circular, Direction under section 5 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 to SPCBs/PCCS regarding timely completion of physical verification of PWPS registered on the Centralized EPR portal for plastic packaging.
The Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change (MoEF&CC) has notified Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016, in the exercise of the powers conferred under sections 3, 6 & 25 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 vide Notification............ For more details, PLEASE CLICK HERE.
