Your association, SIMA, is forwarding herewith an Order issued by the UT Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu, Order No. ADM/LAW/139/1999/2390, dated 10.12.2025, under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
In view of the above and in exercise of the power conferred under Section 163 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, I, Amit Kumar, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, hereby order that the following roads shall remain closed for heavy vehicles entering and passing through Silvassa during the following time slots:
Entry Restriction Timing:
Morning: From 07:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Evening: From 05:00 PM to 09:00 PM
Restricted Routes:
1) Silvassa Samarvarni Rakholi vice versa
2) Naroli Check Post to Silvassa Road via Kharapada, Athal
3) Dadra to Silvassa Road via Pipariya
4) Sayli to Silvassa Road via Baldevi
Any person found in violation of the above order shall be punishable under the relevant provisions of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, as well as the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988.
