Circular issued by DNHPDCL regarding Solar Generation in the UT of DNH.
Dear All,
Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith a Circular No. 1-1(414)/PDCL-AE(Comml)/2017/2389 dated 16/08/2018 issued by DNH Power Distribution Corporation Limited. The copy of the circular is enclosed herewith for your reference.
Vide the circular it is informed that the administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli has issued a policy vide no.1-1(414)/PDCL-AE(Comml)/2017/1685 dated 14.06.2018 for encouraging the Solar Generation in the UT of DNH. Vide the policy it is said that it is mandatory to install Solar Power Plant (Rooftop / Ground Mounted ) up to 5% of the contract demand, by new upcoming Industrial Consumers/ Additional Loads. As per the guidelines, all the Industrial Consumers of the Territory are requested to comply with the provision within 6 months to avoid any interruption in the power supply.
