Revised Guidelines for the conduct of personal hearing for virtual mode.

Your association SIMA is forwarding herewith a Revised Guidelines for the conduct of personal hearing for virtual mode under CGST Act, 2017, IGST Act, 2017, Customs Act, 1962, Central Excise Act, 1944 and Chapter V of Finance Act 1994 issued by the Ministry of Finance Department of Revenue, CBIC (Judicial Cell) Government of India dated 21st August 2020.
Vide the said revised guidelines the Board has issued instruction dated 27/04/2020 for the conduct of a personal hearing in virtual mode by all adjudicators and appellate authorities regarding proceeding under the Customs Act, 1962, Central Excise Act, 1944 and Chapter V of Finance Act 1994..............
